Step 1: Choose a Receipt Template

When everything is filled out, click “Send my test receipt.”
Step 3: Add the Product Image Correctly (Very Important)
To ensure your product image appears correctly on the receipt, you must copy the direct image URL, not a webpage link.
On a Computer:
Right-click on the image you want to use
Select “Copy image address” or “Copy image URL”
Paste the URL into the image field
Open the URL in your browser to confirm it shows the image in full size
On a Mobile Device:
Tap and hold the image
Select “Copy” (iPhone/iPad) or “Copy image address”
Paste the link into your browser to verify it loads properly
⚠️ If you copied the wrong link, the image will not appear on the receipt.

Step 4: Copy a URL Properly
On Desktop:
Click the browser’s address bar
Select the full URL
Right-click → Copy
or press Ctrl + C (Windows) / Cmd + C (Mac)
On Mobile:
Tap the address bar
Hold to select the full URL
Tap Copy
Step 5: Check Your Email (Spam Folder Included)
It’s highly likely that your receipt email may land in your spam or junk folder.
If this happens:
Mark the email as “Not Spam”
You’ll then receive future receipts in your main inbox
